Game Research – Child

Videogame research opportunities for Children 12+ years of age

We are a team of researchers at New York University studying feelings, thoughts and motivations in relation to videogame play, including games for learning.

We seek child participants for this research, which is conducted fully online. Children need to be 12 years or older to be eligible to participate.

We’d like to invite you to help us.

Your child’s participation will involve:

  • Playing a video game and answering questions about feelings, thoughts and motivation related to both game-based scenarios and situations outside of the game.
  • Participation in this project is voluntary. All information and activities your child shares with us are strictly confidential.
  • Participation takes approximately 60 minutes.

If you are interested in participating please sign up here.
