The Department of Administration, Leadership, and Technology will hire two tenure-track Assistant Professors to join our faculty starting September 1, 2018. One in the area of Human-Computer Interaction and Learning Sciences, and one in the area of Technology-Enhanced and Online Learning. We seek engaged educators and researchers interested in the design and scholarship of learning technologies who are committed to the ideals of social equity and an informed and participatory citizenry. Research specializations that include new and emerging learning technologies and research methodologies are of particular interest.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • An earned doctorate in Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Cognitive Science, Educational Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science or a related field.
  • A strong program of, or potential for, theory-based research on the design and/or use of digital media for learning, teaching, or assessment in traditional or nontraditional settings.
